INSANITY WITHOUT THE CHAOS
The SWAG Insanity Hybrid is a piece that has its own personality. What I enjoy about this ball is that I don’t have to force anything with it. I can get lined up, make my normal shot and let the ball do what it’s supposed to do. On a house shot, the Insanity Hybrid gives me a really nice blend of the wet and dry. If I leak one toward the outside, it gives me enough response to get back, but when I tug one inside, it doesn’t immediately take off and go through the nose. That little bit of miss room is something I really appreciate, especially when you’re trying to put a string of strikes together. I can also see myself going to this ball once the lanes start changing and my earlier pieces become harder to control. It gives me a different look without forcing me completely out of my comfort zone. This isn’t about having the biggest hook in the building. It’s about making good shots, seeing a consistent reaction and letting the strikes pile up.

One handed righty drilled 50/4.5/40 The SWAG Insanity Hybrid is a great benchmark-style ball that gives you a smooth, controlled reaction without sacrificing continuation through the pins. This is a ball gives a strong read through the mid-lane while still providing enough down-lane motion to carry. I really like how the Insanity Hybrid blends the lane. It doesn't feel overly aggressive or jumpy off the breakpoint, which makes it a very easy ball to trust when the lanes are a little tricky. On a fresh house shot, this is a ball I would feel comfortable using early and watching the lane transition. As the lanes open up, you can move left with it and create more angle without the reaction getting unpredictable. This ball worked better for me on the fresh THS, but was able to move right and take my hand out of the ball a little for carry-down. It's smooth, predictable, versatile, and strong enough to be an everyday ball for medium conditions. Smooth off the spot, strong through the pins, and incredibly easy to control—the Insanity Hybrid is a ball you can count on.
