The Motiv Frenzy Red Black is the same light-oil upgrade as the rest of the Frenzy line, now in a Red/Black colorway. It sits between Ascend and Max Thrill: more motion than a typical entry-level ball, without the stronger Max Thrill shape. The Excel symmetrical core uses a higher RG to hold energy longer and a slightly higher differential than Ascend, so you get more track flare and a more noticeable hook while still staying readable.
Vitality Pearl Reactive and a 5500 grit LSP (laser scan polished) finish let Frenzy Red Black clear the fronts, then make a controlled move on lighter oil. Motiv rates it Length 74, Backend 72, Hook 40, with 2"+ flare. The 15 lb spec is RG 2.78 and max differential .011. Available from 10–15 lbs, this is performance without the complexity: a polished pearl for drier conditions, in Red/Black.
