This is a true left-hand shoe with a real grip-to-glide split. The right shoe is the slide foot. Out of the box it has a genuine Clarino #8 white microfiber slide pad and a #5 graduated rubber heel for a smooth, even glide to the line. The left shoe is the push-off foot. Its fixed T02 rubber sole and #2 shark-tooth heel hold firm on the approach, so every step has traction and every plant is stable.
No two approaches are the same, so the Hype LT uses an interchangeable slide system on the right shoe. A #10 grey felt slide pad adds glide on sticky lanes, a #6 perforated microfiber slide pad adds grip on slick ones, and a #7 black leather heel lets you fine-tune your braking. It's easy to remember: higher numbers slide more, and lower numbers grip more.
The microfiber upper works with a TPU molded heel stabilizer to keep your foot planted and your finish consistent.
