Warranties & Return Policies

Warranty Claims:

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you feel your product is defective please contact us at customerservice@gebhardts.com or call us at 610-439-8464. If your product is confirmed as defective and covered under the manufactuers specified warranty period we will ship you a new item at no charge to you. If the original product is no longer available, we will offer a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase at http://www.gebhardtsbowling.com.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If you have received an item that is damaged during shipping and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps: Email us at customerservice@gebhardts.com with a description of the damage and photos of the item (and shipping box if it was damaged) within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you. If you are not able to send images of the damage please call us at 610-439-8464.

Product Returns:

GebhardtsBowling.com has a 30-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery on all regular price item as long as they are new, in their original packaging, and not used. Please note as of October 1, 2021 - All items returned that were marked as or shipped using our FREE SHIPPING option at the time of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee upon return for a refund.  We will not charge a restocking fee if you would like to exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value or use as store credit for a future purchase.  Please email customerservice@gebhardts.com to initiate a return.  We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and address to return the item to.  Please do ship any items back to us without contacting us first. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. GebhardtsBowling.com cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to us from a customer.  For this reason, please be sure to use a shipping method for your return that has tracking as well as insurance for the value of the product being returned. Please double box your return in order for it to reach us without damage. Returns can also be made to any of our retail locations.  Special order merchandise such as apparel and all OnTheBallBowling balls as well as discontinued products are not returnable. 

All returned products must be in perfectly new, unused, and undrilled condition, and in the original box or packaging. If you are purchasing shoes, please try on your new shoes on a dry, clean surface, to make sure they fit correctly. We cannot accept returned shoes that have been used or worn on the lanes. Custom and special order products are not returnable, including apparel and all On The Ball Bowling products. Bowling balls that are drilled can not be returned. Credit will be issued within 5 days of receipt of your return.  Any shipping and labor fees are not refundable.
