Ball reaction and carry
Initially, I was concerned about throwing a polished solid. I mean, why polish a solid? Kind of defeats the purpose of a solid ball - or at least that is what I thought. The first time I threw this ball and saw it react, I was absolutely shocked and I couldn't believe the amount of motion I was seeing. The ball was predictable and once it saw friction, it just wanted to get up and go hard at the pins. I was able to use this ball and play all kinds of angles from the outside to the deep inside part of the lane. My misses to the right rewarded me with a high flush strike and threw messengers all over the place. My misses to the left provided excellent hold for the pocket and enough read in the mid-lane for the ball to go through the pins and still carry strong. Not only that, this ball is a real looker as it goes down the lane. The swirl of the colors makes reading ball motion an absolute breeze. This is truly one heck of a benchmark ball and you definitely need one in your arsenal!

WOW, unexpected greatness
The SWAG Bowling Unreal is just that “Unreal”. I was skeptical that this polished solid would recover but it is the most versatile ball in my new line-up. It is in the Utility Performance Line with a Never Quit solid cover and symmetric core that lives up to its name. It does not quit on the lane no matter where you throw it. It has a 2.56 RG / .040 Diff and is 1500 grit polished out of box. I drilled this ball 55/4/35 with a PAP of 5 over 7/8 up. This ball was able to play up 10 and hold in the pocket, while also playing deep over 30 swinging the ball to 5/10 and swing back hard through the pins. This ball will not be leaving the bag very often for leagues or tournaments. Colors and pour are pretty cool too.

The Unreal is "Unreal"
I drilled my Unreal 50x4x20. As soon as I threw this ball on the fresh, it quickly became one of my favorites. It is a polished solid and I really didn't know what to expect, but I was impressed. The ball gets down lane with easy and does not rev up too early unless you get it out to the friction too quick. When it does see that friction on the back end, look out, because this ball turns. This is one of the more angular balls I have thrown from Swag and I love it!

Smooth on all parts of the lane!
I have never thrown a polished solid before this one. I must say, it has a motion I have never experienced. I drilled this ball 45 x 5 5/8 x 20. I was looking for something to skid deep and turn. This ball gave me the smoothest line I have ever thrown. It gives me the skid to play deep with the traction of a solid. Miss left or right and it holds on and continues to perform. Once it sees friction, the layout gives it a defined hook, but it is not snappy off the friction. This ball quickly made its way to “Benchmark” in my bag. It is the first one out wherever I go!
