Product Description
Combining great features from different successful bowling balls to create even better new balls is exactly how the Hammer Pure Envy was created. A lot of development goes into creating the next great Hammer ball, and with Hammer’s extensive catalog of successful cores and covers, the process is extensive but exciting. The goal with Pure Envy was to complement the performance of the Extreme Envy in oil and provide backend motion in a dull ball that reminds Hammer fans of the Effect. To accomplish this goal, we started with multiple core designs, and the clear winner from our testing was the original Launcher core. The Launcher core numbers are strong; the high differential and asymmetry help create the big overall motion. The cover options with Hammer’s additive packages are vast, but the new Cohesion additive combined with HK22 that was first seen in the Effect creates an unmatched ability for backend traction, and this, along with surface, gives Hammer fans a new big ball for oil. You will not want to hit the lanes without Pure Envy in your bag this bowling season.

Incredible Complement in the Envy Line!
The new Hammer Pure Envy is another incredible ball in the Envy line from Hammer. If you are a fan of the Extreme Envy and the Envy Tour, then the Pure Envy will definitely not disappoint. The Hammer Envy Tour was the big ball in my arsenal that allowed me to play on oily lane conditions. The Hammer Extreme Envy is another “Big Ball” with is very smooth and provides more angularity because of the added flip disk. The Pure Envy in my opinion is a combination of the Envy Tour and the Extreme Envy. As I am a fan of hybrid bowling balls, the Pure Envy has a hybrid cover with the HK22 cohesion additive, which was introduced in the Hammer Effect. The drill pattern in this ball is 40x3x30, which allows for the ball to be very clean and provide a consistent roll through the heads, with more continuous roll down lane. I use this ball particularly when I need more backend when the corners are being difficult, especially on heavy oil lane conditions. This ball is a definite compliment in the Envy line, and I strongly encourage bowlers at all bowling levels looking for a big ball for oily lane conditions to consider this ball. Hammer Pure Envy
I am a big fan of the Envy line of bowling balls. The Envy Tour is my go-to ball when the lanes are tough. The Envy Tour Pearl is a favorite of mine when the lanes have opened up and you need high scores. The Extreme Envy is my favorite heavy oil, or long oil ball. I'll throw in the Hammer Effect also because that is my favorite ball when I need to get super deep on the lane and play 5th or 6th arrow. Now hammer is adding the Pure Envy which has attributes of all of these pieces. It has a dull hybrid cover, but that cover has the HK22 & a cohesion additive that was introduced in the Effect. It has the original Launcher core which is slightly different than the Launcher LRG in the Extreme. This ball is a big oil ball that is a little cleaner and more continuous. I have about 5 or 6 games on mine and so far, I am letting it lane shine. The shape has just gotten better and better so far. This one has a good chance to be special.
