The liner is made well and fits good. That being said, I am not able to wear it due to it's thickness. Wearing this raises my thumb just enough that I do not have good control and I have drooped the ball at foul line a few times. I have heard that there is some inconsistency in these. looking at the picture, mine has more length to it from the thumb forward which would give you more padding under the ball.
