Product Description
Every release puts stress on the skin of your middle and ring fingers. Over a long league night or tournament block, that friction can lead to cuts, calluses and sore spots, and it can slowly change how the ball comes off your hand. Storm Ultra Protect Tape gives your fingers a thin, grippy layer of protection. It helps keep your skin healthy and your release consistent from the first frame to the last.
Each piece has a stretchy spandex base that bends with your finger like a second skin, without bunching up or limiting your movement. A silicone-based adhesive, similar to the kind used in athletic and medical tapes, holds the tape firmly in place and resists sweat, so you're not re-taping between games. Every piece comes pre-cut with rounded corners, so you don't need scissors. Just peel, place and bowl.
The black tape has white Storm logos and comes in a 30-piece pack. Choose Regular or Large for your finger size. Two-handed and thumbless bowlers can also put it on the inner wrist to reduce friction and prevent calluses where the ball comes off the hand.

Storm Ultra Protect Black Finger Tape Pack of 30 FAQ
What is Storm Ultra Protect Tape used for?
It protects the middle and ring fingers from the friction of repeated releases. That helps prevent cuts, calluses and soreness, and keeps your release feel consistent.
How many pieces come in a pack?
30 pre-cut pieces.
What sizes are available?
Regular and Large. Choose based on the width of your fingers.
How do I apply it?
Clean and dry your skin first. Peel the center backing and center the tape over your grip area. Peel one side, press it down and pull gently for a snug fit. Then remove the last backing and press the other side flat. It's designed for shoulder-to-shoulder finger taping.
Can two-handed bowlers use it?
Yes. Two-handed and thumbless bowlers can put it on the inner wrist to reduce friction and help prevent calluses where the ball comes off the hand.
Will it stay on during a full session?
Yes. The silicone-based adhesive is made to stay in place and resist sweat. For the best hold, clean off sweat, moisture and oils before applying.
Can I reuse the tape?
No. Each piece is single-use.
Is it safe to put over a cut?
No. Don't apply it over open wounds or irritated or inflamed skin. Also avoid wrapping it too tightly.
What is it made of?
A spandex base with a silicone PU adhesive.
How should I store it?
Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
