Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Important shipping deadlines in order to receive orders by Christmas 2024
- All OnTheBallBowling (OTBB) Bowling balls and pins - Deadline for guaranteed delivery by 12/24, all orders must be placed by Noon Monday December 9th. All OTBB orders placed after that time will be shipped as soon as possible however we can not guarantee delivery for Christmas.
- Wednesday 12/18 Last Day to guarantee Christmas delivery with Free Standard delivery option for all US customers. All orders must be placed by 2:00 EST.
- Thursday 12/19 Last Day to guarantee Christmas delivery when paying for UPS 3-Day Select shipping Option. All orders must be placed by 2:00 EST.
- Friday 12/20 Last Day to guarantee Christmas delivery when paying for UPS 2nd Day Air shipping Option. All orders must be placed by 2:00 EST.
- Monday 12/23 Last Day to guarantee Christmas Delivery when paying for UPS Next Day Air Shipping Option. All orders must be placed by 2:00 EST.

Shipping on orders placed after 2PM on Monday 12/30 will not ship until Thursday 1/2/24.
- Gebhardts Retail Locations and Online Shipping will be Open 10-2 on Tuesday 12/24, Closed on Wednesday 12/25, Open 10-2 on Tuesday 12/31, and Closed on Wednesday 1/1
- Return/Exchange time window on purchases will be extended on all purchases from 30 days to 60 Days beginning November 15th.
- There is no UPS Pick Up or Delivery on Wednesday December 25th or Wednesday January 1st. Neither day counts as a day in transit.
