Adhere the heel to the bottom of the shoe and apply your full body weight to secure it to the shoe. Test the heel on the approach prior to bowling.
- No trimming necessary, order based on shoe size.
Choose your heel size based on these corresponding shoe sizes:
Women’s:
Small = 5.5-8 / Medium = 8.5-11
Men’s:
Small = 4-6.5 / Medium = 7-9.5 / Large = 10-12 / X-Large = 13-15
